How are your thyroid levels? When was the last time you were tested?

What dose are you taking?

What is your daily diet and exercise levels?

ACCEPTED Check Mark

If you have not had a test for a couple of months then you should request a review. And also have blood glucose and full blood count checked too to rule out other possible problems.

To lose weight, A female will need to eat about 1200 calories daily and a male about 1600-1800. The best diet is a high fiber, low fat diet with balanced amounts of carbohydrate and protein. Drinking 8 glasses of water daily, eating 5 portions of fruit and vegetables all constitute a healthy diet. If you can fit in 30 minutes of brisk walking daily then you should see weight loss of about 2 pounds per week. This is sustainable and healthy. If you do this for a month and do not lose weight, or continue to gain weight then that will confirm that there is something wrong and you need a check up.
