I have thyroid disease and has been taken vitamins,and cephalexin 500mg four times a day and also i am taking guaif-dextrometh 1200-20mg bri twice a day and also i am taking effexor 1 time a day and today i have been feeling nauseated, dizziness, feeling sick to my stomache am i taking to much pills or what can be wrong??
