I am 41 year old woman, about 115 lb , 5'6 1/2" , Same weight for many years.Recently my stomack looks growing inproportionally to my body , making me look pregnant. I am not. *Stomack* looks very noticable on my small body frame, and bothers me a lot. What could be the reason? I eat lots of raw nuts recently .
Could it be the result of my diet ?

It could very well be due to your diet but not due to the raw nuts that you have been eating as this will not cause a change in your weight and body proportion like that. Your best bet is to intake less carbs, and do some sit-ups and crunches to allow your stomach to turn to more lean muscle then fat. Keep your carb intake to less then 200 daily and this will help as well. Walk daily and while you walk slowly tighten and release your stomach muscles and this also will help to allow for more lean muscle and less fat.

Reply to Cheryl K.'s Post: I am actually do not have weight problems. No weight change. (I am 115lb , 5'6 1/2") , physically active and keep a healthy diet. My carb intake is very small. No matter what I eat lately (I never eat much anyway) my stomach look bloaty, not flat as before.
Could that be some internal organs problems I have to pay attention to ?

It is very possible if there has been no change in your weight but your stomach is now swollen and out of porportion. It could be fluid build-up, a possible tumor or cyst or it could be related to a gastrointestional disorder especially with the diet and size that you are. I would make it a point to be seen by your physician for a physical, bloodwork, and an MRI to determine if there is any growths or abnormalities in your bloodwork especially if this has seemed to come on suddenly.
