I just had a craniotomy this past apr to remove a tumor from my right cavernous sinus and I lost my right facial movement and sensation due to nerve damage. I know have loss of sensation of my left side and am having difficulty swallowing and chewing food and I'm not even sure food is on my left lip anymore. I just had an MRI and everything was clear on the left side and on the right;however, they stated there might be some radiation affects on my c1,c2..could this affect my left side face? I'm also getting tingling in my left/right fingers/toes...Nobody seems to be able to give me an answer and these changes have come about within the past 2 months. If it gives any help ful info, upon my return at the end of June from 5 weeks out of the surgery, my wife and I were rearended and my right side neck is a bit painful and I feel fullness right at the base.Tks...any inputs help
