I have been feeling dizzy for 3 weeks. I went to the doctor a week and half ago. she took a pee sample and stated I was a little Dehydrated, due to a lot of sun and not enough water. I was already drinking 4 to 6 liters of water and yes I was in the sun/heat a lot. For over a week I have been almost completley out of the sun and I am still drinking the same amount of water. I was drinking 2-3 soda's a day. I have cut down to 1 a day at the most I am trying to drink more tea instead of soda and then of course more water then tea. I took my sugar level and it was 118 which I was told is normal; I have also taken a thyroid test, I can't remember the number it was at but I remmebr the doctor saying it was normal but I had a consern about it because it was at the same number as the highest you can go before you have a proble (Can this be an issue?). I have also noticed two other things that have come along at the same time. One is that my eye site is going is going fuzzier. It is harder for my eyes to adjust from dark to light and my eye site use to be absolutely perfect. Two: my ears have been hurting me a little bit more then usual. I have always had liquid in my ears but it has not been a problem. My doctor check my ears and said everything looks normal. When I get the diizy spells it feels like I am spinning not the room. My Husband say's I get this blank wide eye's stare when I have a dizzy spell. I have tilted over but not completely fallen. I get these spells about 2-3 times sometimes more a day. I'm not sure if it has anything to do with it, but I have Asthma; chronic Fatigue and Fibramyalgia. What can I do to get rid of the dizziness and return my vision back to normal?
