I used compound w on a wart on the side of my nose. In applying it I rub in around the area and got in contact with my nose and face around the wart area. It sting and I wash it off the face and nose area but I woke up the next day to have dark brown spot in the area of contact. What can I do about the spots and will this go away?

Is there anything I can do or use to help heal faster and I am really concern about possible scaring. After child birth I had the pregnantly mask and had laser done to remove it, it was lenghtly and pricey. I would not like to go through that again.

The best thing you can do is just keep it clean with gentle cleaning twice a day, stay out of the sun and use sunscreen when outdoors, and let it heal on its own. Any mild, neutral moisturizer is fine, but not the skin regenerator/toner/astringent/wrinkle remover types that can further irritate the skin. You will know better in a couple of months whether any more invasive intervention would be necessary or desirable.
