I have these little hard white dots on my face and they are spreading, They kinda look like tiny little white warts or white heads. How do I get rid of them? I have had one for about three years now and about 5 others have appered on my face since then. I noticed that when I put wart remover on one of them to see if it got rid of it (which it didnt) about a few weeks later it spread and I had two where there was one.
