i recently found small white wart like spots in my croch area but not on the penise, i do shave in this area but its doesent seem to be a clogged hair folicle, ive lookedherpes symptoms but i dont have any, what else can this be?

so these little white raised bumps are from shaving, they seem tough like a wart is that normal too, it looks like one. because it looks alot .likea pimple but you cant pop them .

thank you, i kept thinking it would be on my penise if it was herpes,therecause i just shaved but now i will not continue some more of them came in after i shved the other day, is it not recomended for a male to shave.?
