I have recently been diagnosed with mulluscum however i still have my doubts. I managed to sratch one of the lesions off and when squeezed it looked like tiny white fingers protruding out. the diagnosis was given by a dermatologist after a visual examination. please help. thank you

If this is what you believe you have, a biopsy is in order to confirm diagnosis. Call your dermatologist back and explain what is going on. Warts generally do not behave as you have described.
