I am having pain in my lower stomach near my ovaries. It is not cramps, much more Painful. It is not only on my left side either. It is on both sides. What could this be?

It could be a couple different things. Either appendicitis, an ovarian cyst, fibroids, or a uterine or pelvic infection. I highly recommend you get this checked out. If the pain is real bad, I would go to the ER tonight. Otherwise, get in tomorrow. Planned parenthood will see you for little or no cost and help you find the cause as well.
