i have a small bump on my vulva it doesn' hurt at all but a week before i had a bump it was painful when it was touched and it got dry and itchy as it went away i tried not to scratch it but when i did it flaked ond clear pus came out of it then the second time i scratched it blood came out of it. what could this be?
