I had one of my ovaries removed 2 years ago along with the burning of my uterus, which stopped my periods. I also had a tubaligation 13 years ago. I am experiencing lower abdominal pains and the swelling of my stomach, I look as if I am pregnant. I am wondering if my other ovary may need to be removed
