concerning women's health. i have a septate

concerning women's health. i have a septate hymen. the other day my boyfriend and i broke it. i bleed alot and now it is still attached to part of my vagina. will i have to get it removed? or will it drop off in time. is there a way i could remove it myself?

This is something that will not drop off in time, and there is no way of removing it yourself. You will need to see your doctor, who will remove it surgically, as sterile equipment is needed for removal. Depending on the extent of it, it could simply be done in office.
